My question about #CoulLinks and #FlamingoLand- how come, when the #planning process has already been exhausted, well-funded developers get to come back a few years later and try again? Do we need a change in the #law in #Scotland to prevent this?

Mike #Keiser, the #US #billionaire who wants to ruin the environmentally important #CoulLinks near #Dornoch for the sake of a golf course, is a #ClimateChange denier (you're probably not surprised to learn). But for publicity purposes, he's a "committed environmentalist' (via @theferret)

I see there are plans, yet again, to destroy #CoulLinks, #Embo, near #Dornoch, to create a #golf course. Similar plans were thrown out by a public enquiry 3 years ago- so why wasn't that the end of it? What looks like a misuse of the #planning process must be creating lots of uncertainty in a lovely area of #Scotland
