Further research in today’s Times highlighting the issues of #mentalhealth and the #workplace. The result of huge #NHS waiting lists for #counselling and the impact of poor #worklifebalance - which clients discuss with me every day - is felt constantly in workplaces and in schools, colleges and universities. We need access to counselling for all within hours or days, not weeks or months.

Interesting piece @ft_weekend on workplace #mentalhealth. Although I would suggest a greater focus on funding #counselling for all and cutting #NHS waiting times for mental health services as well as reducing stress at work would be much more valuable than more investment in occupational health services for employers.
