I'm level 3, doing a piece on psychodynamic theory. College isn't open until the day my assignment is due in.
Ok, so the more I look into this the more confused I become. Psychodynamic theory started with freud, I get that. But who else is included under this theory? Jung, Adler?
I've seen some people include Berne's Transactional Analysis under psychodynamic too & even Perls' Gestalt theory. But I thought these were humanistic?
A little help please?
