Why is #MikeFlynn not indicted for trying to overthrow a govt who is still paying his general's pension?

WHY is #MikeFlynn still a general and not called back to duty to be court-martialed and stripped of the title?

I have asked the Secretary of the Army this several times in writing and via voicemail. Perhaps a mass calling to her would help? #CourtmartialFlynn

One purpose of swift accountability is certainly preventing further harm from potentially being caused by known suspects.
And lacking accountability enabled Flynn to publicly condone a military coup like in Myanmar in the U.S., months after Trump's Jan 6 insurrection, which Flynn also supported/ assisted/ engaged in (Mike Flynn's brother Charles's role/assistance/involvement???)
