Back in May, an impatient driver undertook another, close passing me in the process. After I reported it, the driver was offered an awareness course/conditional offer but they refused. So, it went to court!

I was informed of the result this morning: pled guilty, received four points, and ordered to pay a total of £149.

The decision to refuse the initial offer probably doesn't look so smart now!
