Also, the mass deadnaming of the assailant by nearly *every* news agency (including my fav' CBC) is a depressing and distressing turn of events.

Particularly when the police chief knew.

Personally, if I'm going to be angry at another school shooter, I want to make sure I'm hating the right person and using their pronouns.

That way, I know how to use the right, gender-affirming insults.

The 6 victims fatally shot by the active shooter at Covenant School are identified as: Evelyn Dieckhaus, Hallie Scruggs, and William Kinney, all age 9, Cynthia Peak, age 61, Katherine Koonce, age 60, and Mike Hill, age 61, MNPD confirms.

UPDATE: shooter is a white female (28) of Nashville.
She was a student at Covenant.

MNPD officers are currently at her address.

Some kids evacuated into a wood line.
