One of the cruelest parts of is having a day where you feel almost like yourself, perhaps the closest to it you've been since being sick - but since you don't know where the limits are because they always move and change, that "good day" becomes weeks of recovery.

It's not just a risk of causing or exacerbating ONE thing.

It's risking autoimmune disease, brain & other organ damage, heart disease, MI, PE, HBP, diabetes, stroke, POTS, dysautonomia, vascular damage, immune dysregulation, stillbirth, dementia, Alzheimer's, and more.

Story time. March 2020, when I didn't think was in my community yet (haha) I had Covid. I went to a Family Dollar store nearby to get cold remedies, as I had a VIOLENT dry cough that would not relent for anything. It still haunts me that I may have infected someone else.
