It's pretty thorough and has a lot of resources on how to protect one another and our communities from Covid, and how to talk to our loved ones about the need to so that. I do wish it had a Table of Contents for accessibility needs though. So be aware of that. (It's also very long and thorough.)

I learned a few days ago that Iowa under Governor Reynolds has become even shittier.

On April 1st of this year, they stopped reporting ALL Covid information to the CDC. They stopped all programs related to it, so I got useless TestIowa kits now.

The only data I have about Covid here comes from the wastewater monitoring programs through biobot. That is still ongoing.

Iowa is actively choosing eugenics and building up unconstitutional laws that are genocidal against trans people of any race, sexuality, class, ethinic group.

Iowa also passed an unconstitutional law recently to try to ban "divisive" topics, which means punishing teachers for teaching about LGBTQIA people and our history and about race and Black history.

I call both unconstitutional because they violate Iowa constitution that prohibits discrimination based on gender identity, sexual orientation, race, etc. But while it is fought in court, these laws will still cause extreme harm.

Other states are even worse. Florida and Missouri are cases where they are literally passing laws to cast trans people as sex offenders, and making that punishable by death. More genocidal policies.

Y'all, do you see the similarities here?

The Spanish Flu hit hard before the World Wars, similar abandoning people to death happened before those wars using similar claims rooted in eugenics. More and more policies that target people for harm and removal from society (genocide really) happened -- ALL OF WHICH WE ARE SEEING HAPPEN HERE IN USA.

Yet, Leftists are complying with eugenics by not doing #CovidMitigations. We can't win this if most of us are too ill to stop it.

Audre Lorde made it pretty clear when she wrote:

"For the master’s tools will never dismantle the master’s house. They may allow us to temporarily beat him at his own game, but they will never enable us to bring about genuine change."

So please stop using the master's tools!

Please make all events, protests, marches, and tearing down of state #Accessible by doing it with Covid Mitigations.

Don't let the state weaponize Covid among us most vulnerable and most marginalized.

Become ungovernable. Like that Nebraskan senator that is trying her hardest to make it impossible to pass anything in her state's legislature in an effort to stop the genocidal trans bills.

Gotta love that for my RA job they want to "bring everyone together" before the holidays, so, instead of offering a mask mandatory meeting, they are catering the meeting. Yes, you will definitely not see me there.
