I told my coworker that I woke up from a nightmare where one of our coworkers quit and this is the second time this year that it has happened to me.

He said he woke up from a nightmare where he reached out to a coworker to schedule something and it was their last day. He sent them an IRL email at 2:35 AM.

Is this unforeseen COVID trauma or the usual Construction Project Management stress?
