In about 2 weeks I've gone from "I could never be #vegan I like #milk in my #tea too much" to "actually this tea tastes better with this #PlantBasedMilk than with #CowsMilk"
I don't know if it's that plant based drinks like this #Naturli bled are better or that my palate has got used to the difference in flavour.
Probably a bit of both. It's interesting anyway..

So there is a lot of misinformation and marketing myths surrounded around dairy consumption and its alleged health benefits. There are many studies highlighting that in the long term dairy is not so healthy. There is a lot of marketing misinformation and propaganda promoted by the dairy industry that we all ought to be questioning.
