Se podrá visitar hasta el 4 de junio. En otras novedades, se podrá apreciar los restos de un niño ataviado con atributos de #Huitzilopochtli.

A unique exhibition opened yesterday at the Museum of the Great Temple (Museo del Templo Mayor) in downtown #MexicoCity to mark the 45th anniversary of the discovery of a monumental stone depicting the Mexica (“Aztec”) goddess of the moon, #Coyolxauhqui (painted with bells) in 1978. The exhibit shows 158 objects – including gold finery - related to the lunar cult of the goddess and the remains of a boy dressed as her brother Huitzilopochtli, who killed Coyolxauhqui.
