Also I am not a fan of publications trying to make #CozyHorror a thing. There's such a thing as psychological horror, horror for kids, spoopy cute aesthetics, folk horror, etc. Why not use those more specific terms instead of collapsing them into something nearly fundamentally meaningless?

Well in that case, to me, A Nightmare on Elm Street is absolutely #cozyHorror. Perhaps even Evil Dead 2 would fit into the category. Anything with one foot in the cartoonish.
