Happy Birthday to the Chicago Public Library, which turns 150 years old this year!

For #throwbackthursday, these three photos are from 1890, 1893 and 1900 and show the site of the Central Library located at Michigan Ave and Washington St. This building is the Chicago Cultural Center today, one of my favorite places to visit in the entire city.
