I u molded the #soap I made during the weekend. It was still a bit soft... #soapmakers , how do yo handle plastic mold? The ones that are soft but harder and thinner than silicone. I think I didn't spread enough oil on it and the soaps where hard to take out (first pictures, pink / neutral soaps).
Also on the picture with the stone shaped one, notice that the one which is not a stone not rectangle got soda ash. Because I didn't cover it, so we can compare!

Today's fresh #soap ! I like using individual molds at the moment, especially because I have some "new" ones like the stone one and the one with butterflies. It makes nice shapes but it takes more time to make, and you don't have a surprise you have when cutting a cake of soap. The recipe is my go to recipe with 50% olive oil, 25% shea butter and 25% coconut oil. It's 10% suoerfat so that it's really soft on the skin, I'm making some for future newborns.

I made a batch of soap today, I'm running out of shampoo and wanted to try new molds (stones, leaves / pumpkins, small flowers). That's 50% olive oil, 25% coconut, 25% she butter, my go to recipe. I added different powders for different colors : charcoal + white clay for gray stones, shikakai and green clay stripes in a leaf and rectangle to make shampoo, and orange zest powder for the pumpkin. Can't wait to un old them!
