I have been to the North this week. Haven't been up to Northumberland for ages. Quite a historical county which is what I like.
So we have the Rocky part of #Beadnall Beach

I had to return a laptop to work today, so I went for a wander around the grounds with @alensinthelandscape (who may well post some similar pictures later). Cold and blustery, but at least it stayed dry.

One of my two favourite #NationalTrust properties, the other being #Cragside in #Northumberland
Possibly the hardest of the sketches I did for the 2019 exhibition due to the geometric precision of the structure - all drawn out very carefully in pencil first before committing pen to paper!
