So I played some of Crash Bandicoot 4 (it's about time), and while it definitely has some modern improvements (hello "enhanced shadow") from the earlier games and introduces some new mechanics … after a handful of levels, I was like "This is not fun. Why am I playing this."
I'm pretty sure I had played through all three of the preceding games when they were newish - I'm not sure whether this one is Missing Something, or whether I just don't enjoy Crash Bandicoot any more.
