I worked adjacent to Bob Lee back in 2006 as an intern on AdWords Frontend at Google. I didn't know him well personally, but I've spent my career using him as my mental model of what a best-in-class engineer looks like: exceptionally talented, but also kind and generous to even the most junior members of his team.

In the early days of #Android development it was hard to not come across some Android-related work by Bob on the Internet. He was a famous person in the Android scene.
