Received new #Creatingtheconditionsforchange booklets ready for next workshops. Using a case study from my work we explore why a service hadn’t been able to improve & what was exposed using the #Creatingtheconditionsforchange approach, which is developed from the #viablesystemmodel

System 3* in the #viablesystemmodel is not the same as performance metrics. It is a monitoring system that gives a sense check of your performance metrics. I also use it heavily in evaluation and in my #creatingtheconditionsforchange approach to #change and #systemschange
