(yes I am aware of Innovis & other small ones, which I deliberately omit from the poll)

@nateb Letters to the #creditBureau should request 3 things: 1) send me my file, 2) freeze my file, and 3) opt-out of all information sharing including specifically marketing offers that use pre-screening services. I suggest in addition to req 1, explicitly ask for all sources of all information (why? Because this happens to be a law that all CRAs are breaking so it gives you ammunition).
