Actiually, ANY loan will IMMEDIATELY lower your credit score but paying it regularly over time (especially if it is a mortgage loan) will increase it.

My credit score actually reached 850 (the max) but dropped to about 810 when got a new credit card and did a mtg refi and it's still only 823 now, 2 years since I did that.

I put a bunch of work expenses on my personal card. They see me using a bunch of my available credit, and I lose 38 points. The next month, they realize I was able to pay that off, and now I'm up 55 points. You're only rewarded if you already have money to spend.

Don't wait until you're a victim to take action! I remember taking an identity theft report for a young family who already had kids and was expecting a newborn. They desperately needed to buy a minivan to accommodate their growing family. While at the car dealership, their financing application got rejected because of poor credit scores. They were in shock because they assumed they had a clean credit report. After reviewing their credit report, they learned they had been a victim of identity theft for YEARS!

When you don't timely report or dispute with the credit bureaus, it is COSTLY and TIME CONSUMING to clear your name, if ever! You are at the mercy of the credit bureaus and the court system.

We have had #creditScores for years.

Its simpler than that. The #covidResponse serves to divide and distract while they print money for themselves and to destroy #theInternet which gave us democracy and freedom via #Wikileaks-journalism and #bitcoin.
