so this weekend I get to create a hidden computer setup on my husband's craft table. The monitor will be off the desk so he has the full deal to craft, the Mac mini will be mounted under the desk so it takes no space. A wireless apple keyboard and mouse can be hidden. And when he needs the computer to make images, print and use the #cricut he can take out the keyboard and mouse. It's gonna be fun!

Got bored and made my own dream Red Bulls re-brand jersey. I'd call them "Metropolitan Soccer Club," or just, you know, "Metro."

If you’re using shiny laminate with a Cricut and having trouble getting it to detect the registration lines - put a bit of scotch tape over them. Works a treat!

With the #Cricut Venture and the #GlowForge Aura released within the past week - and also the range of CoreXY #3DPrinters hitting the market at (more of) a consumer price point - it seems like there’s a lot of interesting stuff happening in #Maker tech this year. Fun times to be crafting things.

@anarchosynthism Bummer, I’m interested in the same question… I can do print and cut on #cricut but that’s pretty limited compared to a true vinyl printer. I’m also interested in companies I can just upload a design to and get them printed and kiss-cut for easy use.

The new #Cricut Venture machine is a very chonky (and noisy) looking thing. The vacuum fan to pull the materials flat is going to cause vloggers/YouTubers some challenges unless they switch to lapel mics!
