@bastardsheep they didn’t initially publish for publicity. After being threatened with defamation they took the offending piece down. AFAIK Lachlan persisted so they went fk it, republished, gained a lot of new subscribers, and then took out an ad in the NYT.

They might have done that for publicity but damn the Murdochs who bully small publishers and try to destroy them. In the USA they plead freedom of speech while in Australia the practise the opposite.

I agree with Crikey that #FoxNews helped incite the insurrection. The evidence against them was going to be ugly whether they won or not. 😂🤣😂🤣
