A man and a cat tried to cross the Ukrainian-Moldovan border.

Border guards detained a cat and its owner whilst attempting to illegally cross the border. The owner will bear administrative responsibility (not the cat).

No blurring for this cat, who I feel is an innocent victim in this. To be fair, my cats scream so loudly in a cat carrier that it would not have been a difficult job for border patrol, although this cat does look pretty chilled.
