So I've spent most of the last year mourning the tragic death of my closest friend. She would've been thrilled about Amendment 3 legalizing #cannabis. We were adversaries when we met - she was an assistant prosecuting attorney and I was a cannabis advocate - but as the years went by we became close. She was a fellow #criminaldefenselawyer when we lost her - we actually had co-defendants together - such a better way to have a case together than as opposing counsel. I miss her everyday. #314 #161

Did you know that Missouri honors medical cannabis cards from other states? If you have a legit card in your home state it should be good in Missouri, although with the passage of Amendment 3 on Tuesday any person 21 or older can possess up to 3 ounces of cannabis for their personal use.
