I’ve lately constantly been scoring above 50wpm on my corne using colemak-dh. It’s also now my daily driver. #ErgonomicKeyboard #crkbd #SplitKeyboard #MonkeyType

@damonism love it! Having moved to my Corne a few months back I'm not sure I could go back to using anything else.
The ability to fully customise the way it works is a real game changer for me

I’ve been tinkering with my keyboard firmware. I started with #miryoku and added a few layers to be able use it to play video games. I also enabled the oled screens and the leds #SplitKeyboard #corne #crkbd #qmk #ErgonomicKeyboard https://github.com/benoitlouy/qmk_firmware/blob/miryoku-merge-master-20230607/users/manna-harbour_miryoku/custom_config.h

I bought a Corne kit from typeractive a few weeks ago and it arrived today. Time to refresh my memory
on how to solder. 😅 #crkbd
Slowly but surely making progress learning to type on my corne keyboard using a colemak-dh keymap. #ergokeyboad #spitkeyboard #crkbd #monkeytype

I started doing some daily colemak typing practice using https://www.keybr.com/ It’s going to take me some time before I can fully switch #colemak #splitkeyboard #crkbd

New keyboard! I’m using the Myrioku layout so now trying to master colemak-dh #mechanicalkeyboards #ergomechkeyboards #crkbd

So now comes the time of getting some keycaps. I might just go for blank ones just to make think even more difficult #crkbd #splitkeyboard #ergomechkeyboards #mechanicalkeyboards

Made the jump and bought a corne. Can’t way to have to learn to type again. #mechanicalkeyboards #crkbd #splitkeyboard #ergomechkeyboards

@Moke
If you want to go more DIY you can buy parts individually, even have your PCBs made instead of buying outright. Just be sure to match everything up -- e.g. an MX keycap won't fit a Chocolate switch which won't work in a Cherry-style PCB.
I believe that github page belongs to the person who did the V3 Corne, so it should be an excellent resource.
Updated my profile description to include the #keyboards hashtag, so it’s only fitting that I drop a pic of my daily driver.

@willianleite what split keyboard do you use? I've been using a #crkbd with purpz choc switches and have been pretty happy. I'd like to make it wireless at some point!
@lunartech I use the Corne #crkbd with purpz choc switches and it has been a great experience. I got the pcb fully populated from #BoardSource [0] and installed the keys and caps, other vendors have kits too. It's pretty straightforward, no soldering required.
@Super_Crush I have a couple Plancks and use a #crkbd as my main keyboard. When I first picked up an ortholinear/layered/chorded keyboard, it completely shocked me that I was able to learn to type on it at all. It's a pain switching between keyboard types, but each time I feel like I learn more about what I want in my keymap and it makes my typing better.
#MechanicalKeyboard #olkb aficionados, I'm looking for a 34/36 key #MonoBlock / #UniBody angled keyboard for comfortable typing when not sitting at a desk.
Really like my #crkbd 36 key, but feeling that two split halves make it hard when working from a couch every now and then.
The Tipper-TF looks interesting with its e-ink screen https://github.com/weteor/Tipper-TF
also the Reviung 34 https://reviung.com/build-guide/724/
or the chocV if the battery can be hidden somewhere https://github.com/brickbots/chocV
