Crochet lace for the last day of #Fiberuary Intentional Holes week. These two are designed by James Strieby, a local designer whose instructions include the best crochet charts I've ever used. These are my go-to warm weather shawls since they're made with non-wool tencel and bamboo yarns.
The Rimsky-Korsacoffe shawl pattern (the two coloured shawl on this post) is apparently free now if you want to try one of his designs: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/rimsky-korsakoffee-cake-shawl -- this was my favourite mystery crochet ever, with lots of different stitch patterns to try.
(It's named after a "haunted" coffee house in Portland, OR that is worth a visit for the desserts and the experience. Search for it if you don't mind some spoilers for the experience!)

Sometimes, I sculpt or craft, especially when it comes to anything theatrical, like masks (you can blame my obsession with the masquerade aesthetic on masquerade scenes like the one in Labyrinth or Van Helsing). This one was upscaled from a dollar store mask, inspired by a dream I had one night. I didn't like the old design so I ripped it off and made a new cover, and cracked a piece off. #oldart #crafts #crochetlace #crochet #masquerade #mask #craft #upscale
