So this isn't about me but my wife. I swear, #PainManagment wants her to use opiates nonstop despite not prescribing nearly enough to do so. They give her enough to average every other day, then act like she's selling them and say she probably won't be able to get more because saliva (2 days) and urine (2-3 days) tests don't show it.

How about we just stop treating patients like criminals?

I'm exhausted. Long week, culminating in pulling the stove out of its spot, sawing (endlessly) to smooth out the bit of cabinet that got hacked to pieces, and putting a wallboard patch into the big hole behind the stove.

The sawing went badly. I'm going to have to do a lot of sanding to fix it, but at least it's not interfering with opening the oven door anymore.

And it's a good thing the patch is behind the stove because I did my usual sloppy job.

Sigh. Ow. #CronicPain is not happy with me.
