The hospital I quit has no maternity leave (yet has a maternity unit) so if a employee needs to take maternity leave-they force them to go on "temporary disabilty" at 60 PERCENT of their BASE pay. So no shift differential or any of that crazy nonsense. 🤔 So in the USA having a baby is a "disability" #crookedhospitals #healthcarecollapse
