До отключения CrossfireX остался месяц.
До 18-го мая 3:00 по МСК на Xbox One/Series X|S будут доступны обе сюжетные кампании от Remedy и многопользовательские режимы.
Для доступа к кампаниям их необходимо было купить ранее, сейчас приобрести их или поиграть по подписке Xbox Game Pass нельзя. Мультиплеер доступен всем и не требует каких-либо подписок.
После обозначенного времени отключат сервера игры, а с тем весь контент и режимы станут недоступны.

Yesterday, I found out that I can do this at Urbanglass for only $5 per hour. Yep- there is oxygen running through those torches and that is #borosilicate #glass. Available in super large sizes, those #pyrex tubes can be heated just like the neon crossfire with this setup- one quarter turn of the tube heats all sides.
Double the fire double the fun! Seen here are a 12mm tube and a 25mm tube bent just like with neon. So. Much. Heat!

這邊說的是 PC 端的鼻祖

雖然早在 1998 年 #3dfx 就推出了 3D 加速卡 #Voodoo 2
並推出了 #SLI 技術使其可在兩張卡串聯的方式下運作
但真正第一張做到雙顯示晶片整合到同一張卡的產品
則是1999年的 ATI Rage Fury MAXX
串聯了兩顆 ATI Rage Pro 128 晶片
而串聯的技術正如其名
稱為 #MAXX
這個 MAXX 也被部分人認為是 ATi 以及後續 #AMD #CrossFire 技術的前身
而 3dfx 則是到了 2000 年才推出Voodoo5 5500
然而技術環境劇烈改變
已然不是只依靠核心堆疊就能追上跟其他廠商效能的差異
順帶一提
3dfx 後續被 #nvidia 收購
不過兩者的 SLI 技術
只有簡寫相同而已

甚至是非常罕見的單卡四 GPU 的設計
這張卡單卡三 GPU 可以說是舉世無雙
透過 #MXM 的方式串連三個 GPU 電路
再使用水冷來做散熱系統
當時算是相當超前的設計
