23.2A 15 mins AMRAP
5 burpee to target
10 shuttle runs
each round add 5 more burpees
Got to 25 burpees & 5 shuttle runs for a 120 score.
Then 23.2B 5 mins for mac thruster, where I managed 27,5kg and failed twice at 30kg (and will have a bruise to prove it).
Ending my (work)week on a high note with this workout :)

50 reps of some sort of core movement like twists with a dumbbell or hanging knee raises.
40 wall balls with maybe 20 lbs?
30 cleans, maybe 95 lbs? More likely 75 lbs.
20 chin ups or maybe box muscle-ups?
