It's hard work for me but I really like these zones to train in.
Some days I wish I had a home gym, besides my hike (and dusty rower 😂). I'd love a crosstrainer and treadmill at uom as well...
If only money and space were no issues. 😇

Anothe hour on the crosstrainer. Same set up as yesterday.
Minutes 1-55 I went from intensity 3 to 10.
Minutes 55-60 I had intensity 1 cooling down.
I got a tad tired around 44 minutes, a little later than the previous days. So maybe it's an improvement?
It still feels like a little fitness victory after I've finished the hour. 😊

Yes, I did it again!
It's still hard, every time around the 40 minutes time, when I ge to setting 8 and up, it gets harder.
Every time I think of switching back the intensity. But then I remember I did it yesterday. So I can do it even it if means putting more effort in.
And isn't that why I am at the gym??

I managed another hour on the #Crosstrainer this morning! I struggled when I got to intensity 8 around 40 minutes, I thought of giving up... But I focused on my TV series on my phone and pushed onwards and... Made it!
1-55 minutes going from level 1 to 10.
55-60 minutes cooling down on level 1.

Back at the gym!
Arms are a tad sore from the 55 minutes I used then on the crosstrainer yesterday.
So I'm starting with cardio and if arm allow after that, I could do some weights.
Brain wants another hour on the crosstrainer as it felt great afterwards.

It's been a long time since I was able to do this: spend an hour on the crosstrainer.
The first 55 minutes I slowly upped the level of intensity from 1-10. The last 5 minutes were my cooling down on level one, using just my legs.

Morgen kriege ich einen #Crosstrainer. Ich bin aufgeregt! Hoffe, es ist keine Schnapsidee! Es ist bloße Vernunft, die mir sagt, dass ich Sport machen muss. Die Angebote in der Umgebung gefallen mir nicht. Und ich möchte mich mit meiner Unfitness auch nicht zum Affen machen. Zumindest fühle ich mich schnell so, auch wenn ich weiß, dass es Blödsinn ist und egal ist. Aber nun gut. Ich werde älter und ich habe zu oft Rücken etc., also wäre es gut, wenn ich es schaffe, was zu ändern.
