普通は形容詞＋一般名詞あるいは一般名詞＋前置詞＋一般名詞で言うところを一語に繫げてクソ長くしたり（aŭtentigo per retpoŝta ĵetono → retpoŝtoĵetonaŭtentigo）、名詞を前置詞で修飾しないと意味が不明になる文脈で形容詞＋名詞で表そうとしたり、 明らかな誤訳を upvote したり（企業の監視 → firmaa superrigardo（"企業概要"）、uzanta interfaco（"使っているインタフェース"（人間がではなくインタフェースが uzi している））、逆に適切な訳語を downvote したり（fasado（"ユーザーインタフェース"））、定冠詞が必要なところを無冠詞にしたり、そもそも文法違反だったり…といったミスをしているUI翻訳者が英語圏に集中しているのはなぜなんでしょ。正直なところ、やってることはただの荒らしと大差ないです。 #mastodon #esperanto #crowdin

Does anyone know how #Crowdin detects plurals in Ruby on Rails YAML translation files, why it would manage to detect some and fail to detect others, and how to retroactively fix strings that were not considered as plural?

crowdin.com оказалась, на первый взгляд, для переводчика весьма интересной и удобной платформой. Вспоминаю с теплотой, как переводили Full Circle Magazine на самописной платформе. Классное душевное время было!

Это я к чему, т.к. на Crowdin легко переводить, я кажется готов участвовать в локализации чего-то полезного и интересного. Много времени обещать не могу, но что-то посильное вполне. Надо кому? 😇

P.S. Написал и подумал, такой запрос надо на английском писать. 🤣

- Improve #openstreetmap data either via their website's editor or an app such as #streetcomplete.
- Translate #foss using the platform #crowdin (this morning I translated for #pixelfed!).

@pixelfed it's my first time on #crowdin and doing #translation. But it's so convenient that I'm nearly 50% done with #hebrew!
