The #CrownProsecutionService has published findings from our recent report documenting important #ethnic #disparities in charge rates in England and Wales.

E.g. We found the odds of charge where twice bigger for mixed background than for White British suspects, after controlling for offence type, gender, age, and a few other case characteristics.
