Hatte eigentlich ganz andere Pläne in Himmelsrand, bin dann aber unter anderem in den Abflusshöhlen (ja, die heißen wirklich so) hängen geblieben und habe dort die Erweiterung Forgotten Seasons abgeschlossen. Wirklich empfehlenswert, aber im Survival Mode verdammt knackig. Nehmt jede Menge heißen Eintopf mit und seht zu, dass ihr den Feuermantel-Zauber beherrscht, wenn ihr euch da hinein wagt. Anybody find it funny when you can "delete" dangerous items by selling them in games?

You have 4 things in your backpack that are not quest items, but are dangerous according to the game's lore, and they are ALSO worth several hundred gold... so if you want you can just sell them, and somehow the bad guys will never figure out you sold a box of 5 demons or whatever to the local hafling merchant? They just... disappear?

Gerade stand vRG HM in #ElderScrollsOnline an. Davor einen ganzen Tag #Skyrim. Brauchte das zum Herunterkommen nach der ganzen Nazi-Scheiße, die ich in den letzten Tagen so mitbekommen hatte. Bin gut vorangekommen in der HQ, habe die Bibliothek in meinem Telvanni-Turm aufgefüllt und natürlich hat mich ein Kurier auch da gefunden, obwohl der Turm tief in den Bergen versteckt ist. I don't care about #OpenWorlds / #Sandboxes. I want thrilling stories and some interesting choice and consequences.

How I play #VideoGames (especially #CRPG ):

1. Spend 30 hours in the character creator and choosing a name.
3. Play 1/4 of the game. Learn the systems. Think of all the other characters I want to try.
3. Restart at least 5 times with new characters.
4. Finally pick one and voraciously attack the game and its every secret.
5. Lose interest 3/4 of the way through and move on to the next game.
6. Try to pick it up a year later, can't remember anything, restart, give up.
7. Feel vaguely guilty?!

Serious talk; #BG3 is great (so far, only 36 hours in) but it does come with the same problem all games of thst type have. Like encouraging tactics and strategy in its enemy encounters yet deliberately (?) nullifying things like positioning in boss fights by putting cutscenes so preparing properly is impossible and you just have to pummel the bad guy and hope the dice is with you.

Okay so one news outlet (Boomberg?) said one of the cons of #BG3 is that there are no planned expansions.

Guys, I am 30 hours in and has not finished Act 1 (the "tutorial act" according to the devs) yet. I think we'll be fine.
