Any advice for dealing with bullies?
...a colleague, not a pupil.
She's the "Head of Pedagogy", which seems to mean whatever she wants it to. I'm in my second year now at the school. Last year she made my life hell with constant negativity about my work and undermining me in front of pupils and colleagues. Now she's mostly moved on to a newer, younger, prettier colleague, who also happens to be a man.
Any thoughts?

I want to generate a measure of skill-adjacency using firms.

ie, Apple does "phones" and "computers" while Samsung does "phones" and "TVs." I want to say that computers and TVs are "skill adjacent" bc of the overlap at the firm level.

Is there a standard way to measure that? #economics #cryforhelp

Well, I just got in a car accident. Animal was in the road, I swerved away and hit a curb.

My front left wheel is pretty badly done, and I know this is gonna be a chunk of change to get fixed.
