I'm a craftsperson/artist in #HamOnt, Canada.

This non-work-related account is on a #selfhosted #YunoHost Mastodon instance created as a hobby/learning project - I first joined the Fediverse in April 2022, and so far have also tried out Calckey and Pixelfed.

Other hobbies include tinkering with #MusicRecording + #AudioProduction (#Bitwig & software synths), and I've been getting my feet wet in the #CS50 #coding and #Linux world. I enjoy #puzzles and #games. On occasion I also find the time to pick up the #guitar or #ukelele and strum a song or two.

Crypto it's the ultimate emperor's clothes, basically just a bullshit digital game that doesn't contribute anything of substance to the world & its carbon footprint is absolutely astronomical & crypto mining carbon emissions rises exponentially over time. Bitcoin is *not* the revolution of the poor/unbanked. It is a powerful system to make the rich even richer and to create new overlords (miners, exchanges, ...)
