Starting a new hobby is hard!

I got an embroidery machine soon after the pandemic started with every intention of finding time to learn how to use it. I was inspired by a #turtlestitch (https://www.turtlestitch.org) workshop I attended at a #Scratch conference several years ago. Growing up, I had no interest in sewing because it looked like "women's work" to me. When conductive thread made wearable tech possible - I changed my mind (https://sites.google.com/kimxtom.com/makerprojects/wearable-tech?authuser=0). Now that I'm trying to figure out this embroidery machine and coding a pattern with #turtlestitch, I'm slowly remembering the learning curve I went through for circuit sewing. Since I didn't get to post for #CSEdWeek, here's my progress.
