@Threadbane SPECTRUM, locally known as RECTUM, is the only cable system available where I live. They keep raising the rates without notice. The web works fine, the cable TV channels are a vast wasteland. Everybody has a smartphone now.

I am waiting for another competitor to obtain quality web access.

Listening to #CSPAN Washington Journal this morning. So many Republicans are talking about guns and civil war. Their only defense is the crimes of Hunter Biden.

Such horrid people suggesting the cops did not die from the Jan6th violence. I also heard the cops killed the lady who was trampled. One guy said anybody can have a stroke at anytime. Twisted logic.

It seems the USA has a band of stupidity going across Missouri, Kentucky and Tennessee right into the Carolinas.

I still can't get over this guy who looks like a lost tourist standing at the Special Counsel's podium on CSPAN with the "Jack Smith" chyron.

He stood there motionless for a good 15 seconds before someone shooed him away.

I don't know why major cable news networks didn't cut away for any of VP Harris's speech in Jacksonville. But I'm happier overall with LiveNOW unfiltered coverage than I am w #CSpan which hasn't seemed to have quality standards for years now (they rerun NoLabels again today). #LiveNOW isn't ridick like its corporate sibling(?) FOX cable.
