Here in Otero County NM, the GOP county commission listened to testimony by an "expert" who claimed that Dominion machines were hacked. His technique was to impress the commission with reams of technical jargon. I gave up listening to his bullshit after about 15 minutes, concluding that this "expert" was misleading them.
