The right decision from the Competition Bureau. The Tribunal has tarnished its reputation with its approach to Rogers-Shaw, making an appeal a must.

Is it just me, or does the only word that works in the newly-released Witness statement of Paul Allen Johnson referring to Dr. Wilson's new [REDACTED] Theory is "Collusion"?
As in "Dr. Miller's New Collusion Theory"?

HSBC Canada is Canada's 7th largest bank, biggest Schedule II bank, bigger than many domestic banks.
They reliably have better mortgage rates than any of the big Six. RBC is usually the worst.
Let's see if the Competition Bureau fights this as fervently as the #CTRS deal. https://twitter.com/CBCNews/status/1597582762562691073

Is the Competition Tribunal actually telling the public that the Harrington estimate of productive efficiencies is confidential??? A number that may be critically important (if an SPLC is found)? #CTRS @CompBureau@twitter.com

Whoo hoo! #CTRS releasing the witness statement on the same day the Witness is testifying (admittedly weeks after they could have, but still).
Sucks that it's taken so long to get to the point where documents are near-timely, but still it's better than nothing?
Of course there are. And the written evidence is sufficient for that, much of this questioning was just grandstanding.
Which the #CTRS should probably interpret as the Bureau having it's own hidden agenda, to be frank.
The #CompetitonBureau shouldn't have hidden agendas.
