Se disfruta mucho este cubo, sobretodo porque no hay que aprenderse apenas algoritmos nuevos 😝, si sabes hacer el 3x3 sabes hacer este, con algún detalle que tienes que saber (hacer primero las 4 caras centrales de cada color y poner por pares los lados para que quede como un 3x3).
La pena es que el mio es de los baratos y en los giros se traba bastante, pero aún así me ha gustado mucho resolver un 4x4.

1/2 Son had a great time at the #cubing competition Saturday. We both experienced our own forms of #anxiety but we managed through it. He was awesome! I offered tons of praise. He’s getting better at self-regulating!

It took a toll on both of us. I’m used to needing downtime after these situations, especially large unfamiliar gatherings.

Soooo I got a new toy

It’s actually pretty good for $12! The #LEGO-knockoff plates are good quality, they packed spares, and you wouldn’t mistake this for a speedcube for all your #cubing needs, but it turns and solves much more smoothly than a Rubik’s 😆

And if you’re a sticker peeler, hey. This is your thing. It even came with a knockoff brick remover to make getting the plates off easy without ruining your nails. 💅🏻

Just had a personal best time of 45 seconds to solve a 3x3 Rubik’s cube. Nowhere near the 5 second times of champion speed solvers, but a personal best is a personal best!

Regalos de ayer. El año pasado aprendí a montar el 3x3, este año me he pedido otro igual pero magnético (que gira que es una delícia). Objetivo de este año: bajar del minuto (ahora suelo andar por los 2 minutos 😋)

Yesterday I got my first sub-25 average of 12 after what felt like weeks. Today I did a "303 solve session" as a joke/challenge and got a new personal best (15.54 seconds) as well as my first sub-20 ao5 (19.08s) \o/

Also improved my ao12 (22.72s) 😎

Let's see if I can be sub-20 by the end of the year XD
