1 kg Potimarron
200 g farine de pois chiches
1000 ml bouillon végétal
100 g Grana Padano (râpé)
80 g Oignons blancs
2 gousses d'ail
3 g bicarbonate de soude
Poivre noir du moulin (selon goût)
8 g Sel fin
50 g huile d'olive
option : croûtons de pain frits
