@dta_cthomas @christof Thank you for the link, I will have a look. I intend to dive into Open Data/Big/Small/Structured/Linked Data and so on later in my thesis so I want to define CH data in a broad sense without touching upon what Humanists create (and if they think that they "create/curate" data). I do, however, have a subsection about CH and Humanities Data, so the link is helpful.

And here an updated definition of (I had actually some notes somewhere else):

"Cultural heritage data refer to digital or data-driven representations of cultural heritage, embodying a rich and varied compilation of insights originating from a variety of disciplines, techniques, and traditions. It encompasses both tangible and intangible aspects of a society's culture and history. These data, derived from a wide range of disciplines, offer a latent capacity to support the generation of knowledge relating to historical time periods, geospatial areas, as well as current and past human activities. They are collected, curated and maintained by various entities such as GLAM institutions, higher education institutions, non-governmental organisations, indigenous communities and local groups as well as by the wider public."

I don't know what it's worth but I am going to use it in a presentation.
