Three years back, I had an interview: five tech screens and a "culture fit".

I thought I did very well indeed.

But when they called me back, they asked me to come BACK for two more culture interviews. That this one had raised a red flag about me.

They said that I was "very sarcastic, which may belie a deep cynicism."

After I was done laughing, I declined their second interview request, on the grounds that they were 100% right.
