Andrew says the initial "wah, wah, wah special master" filing was so bad it ended up on the pro se docket, sounds like that means it was so bad the court didn't believe it was filed by lawyers

if I understood correctly, the judge had to reach out to pull it from the pro se docket to get the lawsuit going

Andrew points out they hadn't served the DoJ as required, so the DoJ didn't know what the actual complaint was
