I suggest you read all the books by Dr. Artour Rakhimov and get a good breathing training device like the Samozdrav. Be careful though, a single (!) breathing exercise could cause a hypoglaecamian shock as the bodies insuline production will immediately start again and in combination with the "medical insuline" the blood sugar level might drop too low, but there are precautions for that.
