Felt a big mood shift and finally jumped off my Triangle Strategy binge. I'm now knee deep in replaying Fire Emblem on NSO (one of my favorite GBA titles) and for whatever reason jumped into a new game for Super Mario Odyssey.

I'm also still doing DWRandomizer and my kids and I are nearing the end of Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom.

Good time to be gamer. :)

Diablo IV en PS5. Lvl 74 y subiendo poquito a poquito antes de la nueva temporada.

Final Fantasy XVI PS5. Me está encantando aunque las secundarias dan vergüencita.

Gris en Steam Deck. Lo empecé anoche y me está gustando mucho.

Chrono Trigger en Steam Deck. Ya había empezado antes una partida en un emulador de SNES pero ahora lo estoy jugando desde Steam. No llevo casi nada.

Y ya está, de momento eso.

I've officially jumped into New Game+ on Triangle Strategy, going into my second official run and trying to make different choices. The latest patch was definitely helpful here, as replaying story missions provides some necessary variety to grinding.

Meanwhile, DWR Summer Tournament begins! Which means I need to find a real streaming solution. . .

Been hyperfixating on playing Dragon Warrior Randomizer the past few weeks. I'm new and not at all compared to people who have played it for years, but it's been a good time.

Meanwhile I've gotten my first of the Pixel Remasters - Final Fantasy VI. This held the title for my favorite game of all time for literal decades (and may still), so I'm pumped to play on my Switch.

Octopath continues to gobble up the majority of my time, while I'm slowly nearing the end of Metroid Fusion.

On the kid front, we've moved from Mario Kart over to Mario Party, which I'm not sure they will fixate on long term. Maybe once they start playing games themselves they'll be more into it, but watching CPUs roll dice for half of the time isn't terribly engaging for them, lol.

My journey through Octopath 2 continues, and I continue to love the game. I still feel it needs tightening on map and system design, but still 100% enjoyable. The first game just feels more cohesive overall.

The Mario Kart journey is nearing its end, as my kids got tired of watching me try to adjust to MK64 and we moved to the much more sanitized Mario Kart 8, lol.
