The last time I had to tightly wrap a scarf around my head to alleviate a headache was when I was reading Heidegger for the first time in undergrad. Anyway, so THAT’S where I’m at with this course presently.

Walgreens just refilled my ADHD meds, which is great because I’m designing and writing an entire ccASHP service & maintenance course from scratch. I will not be riding this bike with no handlebars. I very much need handlebars, coffee creamer, and intermittent hugs. I’ll be spending the next 3 weeks reading instruction manuals & studying wiring diagrams—AND WRITING ABOUT IT.
This is by far the okay-est winter solstice/Yule whatever time in awhile! #ADHDmeds
