I see that Curve card has a lot of 1* reviews on Trustpilot… I was about to add mine to the mix. They responded to @eliotlovell 's fraud alert TWO MONTHS after he emailed them, by blocking his virtual card, and asking where to send a new physical one!

After spending most of today on the telephone dealing with various organisations, I have decided that, in this day and age (as far as the UK is concerned anyway) Customer Service is merely a myth! It should be renamed "Take It Or Leave It". #customerservices #customerservicefail
