Fantasque Sans Mono appeared to be quite nice replacement for PT Mono in my keyboard cheat sheets. Bonus picture: freshly added mouse control layer, where fonts don't matter that much.

#qmk firmware: if you use a feature "temporarily switch to another layer with MO/LM but also have a key within that layout to make it persistent" and found that OLED screens don't show correctly updated persistent layers: the check of current highest layer should be done in a way:

get_highest_layer(layer_state | default_layer_state)

(not very obvious and not mentioned in documentation; probably should submit a PR somewhere, as found the solution in Reddit comments)

Specific case: I have mouse control on a separate layer and sometimes don't want to hold MO key all the time when swiping around, so in that layer I have DF key to make it persistent and another DF to return to the main layer when I'm done.

Its QK100 Time again! This time with GMK Houhai, London Fog Switches, Top Mount and White Meow Screen Option. The Top Mount feels way better then the gasket mount and gives a more consistent feedback. I am really in love with that board and just ordered a special config for myself today.

Got an early unit of the QK100. Build it with ISO PCB, POM Plate, Mirror Chroma Weight and god... its such a beauty. Sadly only with ePBT Spectrum as keycaps, but the white keycaps on the silver case work quiete well.

Build another TEX Shinobi. Its amazing how good that board sounds which is basically just a PCB, a Steel plate and two ABS case parts. The decision to get a smaller spacing between the switches of the F-Row and Navcluster makes this board unique but also unable to work with other keycaps sadly. Also the trackpoint works very well. I really love that thing a lot.

The Cub65 is not really impressive or innovative, but its cute and looking great and does not cost that much. The badge and the engraving on the back make it really special and i like having a real ISO PCB option here. The XDA BoW from Monacokeys also fit great here. I am not sure what to do with that board yet, since its cute but not really my taste to really keep it as a showcase board.

A very tempting rabbit hole. But also a slightly daunting rabbit hole, even if I already know much of what I would want.🐇🕳️

First keyboard build complete! Super happy with the result. The nod to original PlayStation in the colours of the keycaps and the transparent gray case are such a nice combo.

Just whipped up a proper keyboard for my ZX81 clone! It's much nicer than the tact switch one I had been using. It was also really helpful to have the key labels designed by @iNimbleSloth !

Keycap Sets, die zwar die ISO-Tasten enthalten aber keine Umlaute sind mein Endgegner. :(

Habe mir letztes Jahr im Sommer eine Keychron Q3 gegönnt, die es damals noch nicht mit den Keychron Keycaps gab und dann "erst mal" Corsair PBT Keycaps bestellt.
